ASU finds positives in loss

All was not lost Saturday when Appalachian State fell to the Georgia Bulldogs. In fact, the Mountaineers were able to take quite a few positives out of the first half of play. One interesting aspect the Mountaineers can hang their hats on was the ability to move the football against the Bulldogs throughout the first half.

ASU put together its longest drive, in terms of time of possession, of the season against the Bulldogs and utilized the short passing game to its advantage early on.
