The holiday dead period for recruiting is complete and the Appalachian State coaching staff is back on the recruiting trail today and throughout the weekend.

Unlike most programs, the Mountaineer coaching staff has chosen not to bring official visitors in for this week due to the ASU students still away from campus on break. Instead, the Appalachian staff used Friday to meet with prospects on high school campuses and will use this weekend as an opportunity to speak with recruits and their families in their homes.
